On May 31, 2019, the first cohort of BMCC Gender and Women’s and Studies AA recipients walked across the stage at the Hulu Theatre at Madison Square Garden. Kassaundra Johnson completed her degree in December and transferred to John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Aida Ramos and Kai Nasser (not pictured) completed their degrees in May. Aida is transferring to Columbia University and Kai is still deciding on her next step. CONGRATULATIONS to all on a job well done, and best of luck in all of your future endeavors.
